At the restaurant you will find a set menu that changes daily depending on what our land offers us.
This kitchen organization allow us to make the most out of the products of our fields, following seasonality,
and reducing waste. We work with raw materials grown in our organic farm. What we lack we select from
small local producers. Upon request, we offer menus for vegetarians and vegans.
